Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s (LLNL) Quantum Simulation
Group is looking to fill one or more Postdoctoral Research Positions in
the field of electronic structure simulations of materials. The
positions are available immediately and renewable for up to 3 years.

We are seeking applicants with a strong background in solid-state
physics or chemistry and experience with electronic structure
simulation techniques such as Density Functional Theory and Quantum
Monte Carlo. Candidates with experience studying nanostructured
materials, electron transport in semiconductors, or radiation detector
materials are particularly encouraged to apply.
