A snapshot of the development version of Quantum-ESPRESSO, soon to be
released as v. 4.0, is available for download from web sites
http://www.quantum-espresso.org and http://www.pwscf.org . Please help
testing and debugging it, report problems/improvements to the pw_forum
mailing list.
