Subject: [xcrysden] xcrysden crashes

Dear Xcrysden users  
    I have been using xcrysden for about 2 years, without any problems. After upgrading my linux (suse 10.3) I started to suffer some problems with the program.  
    I downloaded the binaries, with the static linker option, then I modified the csh.chsrc file including all the environment variables. But when we execute xcrysden the following error appears.  
Could anybody tell me what goes wrong?

Please try the newer code:

    I tried the static and semishared and I obtained the same error.
    Wich are the minimal libraries needed for Xcrysden? Maybe there are 
others that interfere with the ones provided by the code generating this 
issue.

Please run xcrysden as:

xcrysden -d

and after the crash say "where" in the gdb prompt (I hope you have gdb
installed).
Let's see where it crashes.

Dear Tone
    Attached to this email you will find the errors (after applying the 
xcrysden -d command) for different static and semishared version.The 
computer that is suffering this issues for re-install xcrysden is my laptop 
(suse 10.3, wide screen), and the only different that I noticed in this 
insallation was the 1280x800 resolution, that can be installed in a first 
shot! In the past was necessary to aplly some patches to fix it. But know it 
was installed immediately and I saw some kind of warning regarding the 
screen resolution, previously to the crash. Could it be related?
