But because of the close proximity of the atoms I get the warning . . . WARNING: Atom 225 and atom 256 are very close !!! Atom 256 deleted !!! XCrySDen run-time error: out of memory in xcCalloc Exit !!! and the program crashes. Is there any way to suppress the proximity checking? Thanks, Andri
