I'm running XCrySDen (v. 1.4.1) on a Mac OSX (v. 10.4.8) and I have
concatenated several
closely lying (almost overlapping) configuration to a single. xsf
file. But because of the close
proximity of the atoms I get the warning
.
.
.
WARNING: Atom 225 and atom 256 are very close !!!
          Atom 256 deleted !!!
XCrySDen run-time error:
out of memory in xcCalloc
Exit !!!

and the program crashes. Is there any way to suppress the proximity
checking?

Thanks,
Andri
