I installed XCrysden (xc-1.4.1bin-linuxPC-static.tar.gz) in my AMD64 machine with Suse 10.2. It seems that installation is successful without any problem. Now, for .xsf file and even for .xyz file, the xcrysden gives some error message and can't visualize. Here is the whole message:

Abu,
The xsf file you included is missing the first line beneath the
keyword "PRIMCOORD". The first line following PRIMCOORD should be
(in this case):
13 1
The first number is the number of atoms in the second is always "1"
for PRIMCOORD.
This is all in the documentation located here:
http://www.xcrysden.org/doc/XSF.html#__toc__4

Thanks for help.
I solved the problem (There was another error though).

The xsf file you included is missing the first line beneath the
keyword "PRIMCOORD". The first line following PRIMCOORD should be
(in this case):
13 1
The first number is the number of atoms in the second is always "1"
for PRIMCOORD.
This is all in the documentation located here:

In addition to that the file had another problem related to lattice
vectors specification. In particular:
CRYSTAL
CONVVEC
7.0000000000 0.0000000000 0.0000000000
0.0000000000 3.0000000000 0.0000000000
0.0000000000 0.0000000000 3.0000000000
PRIMCOORD
...
Note that PRIMVEC section is mandatory, whereas CONVVEC section is
optional. This implies that above "CONVVEC" keyword should be tranformed
to "PRIMVEC".

As far as I know, CRYSTAL cannot produce the BXSF file.=20
So you will have to do it "manually".

The word "manually" means to write some small programs that will do the
job.
Here are some guidelines of how to proceed:
what one needs is a uniform mesh of k-points over the whole BZ: see
instructions on: http://www.xcrysden.org/doc/XSF.html#__toc__14. Then
one needs to calculate the eigenvalues at these k-points. A possible
way to proceed with CRYSTAL03 is to perform a series of band structures
(properties' keyword: BAND) along lines that at the end (when merged
together) will span the whole reciprocal-unit-cell. Then one would need
some small program that will read all these information an create the
BXSF file.
