[xcrysden] delay-Xcrysden 1.6 (semishared)

Dear Tone,

Sorry for the delay, I was involved in some other setups.
The delay in startup od semishared XC1.6 is 100 seconds. 
In fact it sleeps after the line:
XCRYSDEN_SCRATCH=/home/mahmoud_payami/xcrys_tmp
and after 100 seconds, other things work on fly.
