Hello, Chad.

Regarding on a xcrysden error you probably misconfigured XCRYSDEN_TOPDIR
in a .bashrc file. You should try just
"/Users/junky/XCrySDen-1.5.24-bin-semishared/" without "bin/" at the end
and this would probably solve your problem.
