[xcrysden] cannot start XCRYSDEN

Which means that you did not update the definition of XCRYSDEN_TOPDIR
variable in your profile (e.g., $HOME/.bashrc). Either correct that
manually or simply unset the XCRYSDEN_TOPDIR variable (preferred).
