[xcrysden] problem with installation

The 1.4.1 version is heavily outdated, please use this instead:
http://www.xcrysden.org/download/xcrysden-1.5.53-cygwin.tar.gz

and therein read the file: README.cygwin, where all the required cygwin
packages are listed and install them prior to running xcrysden.
