[xcrysden] Installing XCrySDen on Scientific Linux 6.1

Dear Mr Kokalj
I did as you have advised me to do and this is what I got

/home/Watheq/XCrySDen-1.5.25-bin-semishared/bin/xcrys: ELF 64-bit LSB executable, x86-64, version 1 (SYSV), dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for GNU/Linux 2.6.26, not stripped

[Watheq at Nasam XCrySDen-1.5.25-bin-semishared]$ uname -a
Linux Nasam 2.6.32-220.4.1.el6.i686 #1 SMP Mon Jan 23 17:25:22 CST 2012 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

[Watheq at Nasam XCrySDen-1.5.25-bin-semishared]$

This looks like you are trying to run 64bit application on 32bit linux.
Provide more info! Do the following:

file /home/Watheq/XCrySDen-1.5.25-bin-semishared/bin/xcrys

uname -a

What does the two commands report?
