The "tcl.h" header files wasn't found by the compiler, which means
that either you do not have the development version of tcl/tk libraries
or the Make.sys is not set appropriately.

You may consider to use the compiled package instead, as to avoid the
compilation step.

Please do not reply to digest in the future, but always specify the
