[xcrysden] xcrysden custom-definitions

Currently, I think it is not possible to adjust nxdir with the 
custom-definitions file.  You could see if changing "set nxdir 1" to 
"set nxdir 2" in xcInit.tcl in the Tcl directory of xcrysden would work 
instead for what you want to do or not.
