[xcrysden] venky error while using xcrysden_error in running at cygwin

Dear Dr. *Martin Kroeker,*

thanks for prompt reply. I ask them to upgrade the glibc in our
departmental server. But they suggest me to install another glibc in my
local account as upgrading the old glibc may gave unwanted troubles for
other programs installed in that server. Hence, I need to install glibc
myself in my local account and need to configure the xcrysden using that
one. Meanwhile, I tried to install the windows version of xcrysden using
cygwin. This leads to an error as given below.  please help me to remove
this bug.
