[xcrysden] installation issue in windows

The issue is most likely due to a missing/broken dependency related to
X11 libraries. Make sure you have all the dependencies listed in
README.cygwin installed.

If they are installed maybe this post on stackoverflow will be usefull:

in particular try: cygcheck -c libX11_6

to see if the package is broken or not.
