[xcrysden] BadWindow error in MacOS Catalina

Dear all

I have used Xcrysden for long time on my Mac. It was working smoothly without any mistakes. I have recently updated the OS to Catalina; upon doing that, I also migrated all the ports, including Xcrysden (now version 1.6.2). I get the following error when launching xcrysden:
