If you have not deleted the fedora virtual box, may I request you to update fedora 34 (`sudo dnf update`)? I am requesting this because, during the update, you will see that xorg-x11-utils is replaced by some other packages. After that you will probably have the same problem as I am facing. If you kindly check and find the same behaviour, we may ask Tony's help, beside creating a bug report in fedora bugzilla, Regards, Rudra ________________________________ From: Rudra Banerjee Sent: 30 April 2021 20:39 To: XCrySDen mailing list Subject: Re: [xcrysden] xcrysden not starting with fedora 34 (gnome 40) Dear Gavin, May I request you to confirm your virtualbox installation is in wayland? FYI, I just using onboard Intel for video, which should be using mesa [1].If the computer is using different video such an AMD or Nvidia video card, there may be some limitations with Wayland and the video card driver [2] or maybe their could be compile settings that would need adjusted for the video card [4] in Togl2 and xcrysden.
