[xcrysden] XCrysden setup problem on WINDOW 7

For the 1.5.18 version of xcrysden you can simply skip the xcConfigure
step of installation. Simply put the root directory of xcrysden to your
PATH or else you have to run it as /full/path/to/xcrysden (I belive the
meaning of the /full/path/to is clear).

As a quick check (for 1.5.18):

1) delete all xcrysden entries from ~/.bashrc file
2) reload the cygwin 
3) go to the xcrysden root directory
4) and execute: ./xcrysden

Does it work?
