[xcrysden] cygwin-precomplied version

Dear All

I am newbie to Xcrysden.....really tried so hard to install source 
package in cygwin_windows vista...after searching the mailing list....i 
found this link

http://www.xcrysden.org/download/xc-1.5.18-cygwin-shared.tar.gz 

want to be satisfy with pre complied package...but the link is not 
working somebody please help me to get the package...
