[xcrysden] XCrySDEn launching problem

You have remnants of the old version in your $HOME/.bashrc file. Please
either delete or update the definition of XCRYSDEN_TOPDIR  variable in
your ~/.bashrc file. Then open a new terminal window and try to launch
xcrysden from there.
