[xcrysden] installation issue in windows

You have to have the X11 started for xcrysden to run. This is typically
done with the command:

startx

after which a new terminal should appear and you can then run xcrysden
from there. More info is available here:

In any case I am happy to help, the installlation in cygwin is a little
tedious but hopefully it will work in the end.
