[xcrysden] problems with pwo2xsf.sh

That error is fairly non-descript but it looks like it's complaining about
not being able to find bc. In my version of xcrysden the pwo2xsf.sh file's
shebang is /bin/sh, which is system dependent. Try running bc in a /bin/sh
environment on your machine. If it's not able to that's probably the source
of your error. Cheers,
