[xcrysden] output with transparent background

Hey Tone,

I think I got it.
It seems that latex can handle transparency with vector image only.
I found the solution to my issue in the last release of inskcape (0.48).
It can read/write postscrip files (even eps, pdf, ....) with transparent 
background compatible with pdflatex.
It's juts awesome.
